Your mission
Propose and manage the execution of the marketing plan for assigned ranges following marketing strategy and budgetary objectives defined by Senior Management.
Support medical campaigns and projects for all the ranges achieving the qualitative and quantitative objectives, defined by Marketing Direction, in order to increase sales and profitability.
Contribute to develop synergy between Marketing and field by assuring the implementation of the strategy and its follow-up. Work in complete synergy/collaboration whit the Product Managers

Analyze the products’ markets and performance, in terms of sales, prescriptions, image, scientific characteristics, marketing and promotional tools, distribution channels, product mix, etc.

Provide head office with information on the specificities of the manager’s market for the purposes of international intelligence on competition
·
Prepare and implement the launch/development plan, catalogue/portfolio actions and the promotional plan.
·
Negotiate prices for promotional materials that fall within the budgets.
·
Ensure these materials are made available as needed.

Propose and deploy the marketing tools that are required to achieve objectives, if needed by breaking down the targets (networks, doctors, pharmacists, ex-pharmacy channels, consumers, etc.) in accordance with the brand/product strategies and by integrating budgetary and regulatory constraints

Analyze the results of the marketing campaign and the effectiveness of the tools used.

Follow up on the return on investment of the actions undertaken, establish potential corrective actions and define new orientations
·
Establish and ensure compliance with the annual operating budget for her/his department.
·
Follow up on sales forecasts for her/his product ranges (as well as the promotional tools).
·
Analyze the profitability of sales for the entire geographic area and monitor the implementation of selected actions
Who you are ?
Education:
·
Master’s level (five years of post-secondary education: scientific)
Experience:
·
At least 3 - 5 years in marketing and product communication
·
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and local regulatory environment
·
Knowledge of the local rules and laws in terms of medical information and distribution of promotional material
