Your mission
Pierre Fabre Oncology Benelux (PFOB) is a young department within the Pierre Fabre Santé Benelux organization committed to change the lives of oncology patients in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg. PFOB is looking for a Medical Advisor Oncology for the Benelux, based in the Netherlands, reporting to the Medical Director Benelux. Will you become our new colleague and will provide the necessary medical and scientific input with passion?
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· To keep abreast of medical and scientific knowledge of relevant indications
· Development and maintenance of a network of external stakeholders
· Closely collaborate with colleagues in Global Medical Affairs on PFO- and investigator-initiated studies
· Increase the medical value of our products fairly, based on the risk-benefit profile of our drugs
· Provide medical input into the brand team and align with business planning & strategy
· Plan, organize and lead Advisory Boards in cooperation with the MSL and Medical Manager Oncology
· Review materials for both promotional and non-promotional purposes
· Provide scientific and medical guidance to internal stakeholders
· Develop and organize medical training for internal stakeholders
· Give medical input on reimbursement dossiers
Perform all the above in an ethical and legally compliant manner and in accordance with the strategy developed by PFOB.
Who you are ?
Qualifications and Experience
· Advanced (MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD) degree in life sciences
· Minimal 3 years’ experience within Medical Affairs in the field of oncology
· Knowledge of clinical research and disease management, preferably in Oncology
· Languages: Dutch and English, spoken and written
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and applicable legislation
· High customer focus with an understanding of the importance of business results
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
· Able to work in a team and independently: show leadership, influencing and negotiation skills
· Strategic thinking leading to process improvement and gaining competitive advantage
· Innovative mindset and ability to apply new technologies to improve healthcare delivery
· Being persistent, accountable and willing to make decisions

You are a therapeutic area scientific expert able to set the medical strategy and to implement this strategy with successful medical tactics and tools. You are a trusted scientific counterpart, can create and sustain credible relationships with HCPs and feed important medical field information towards the other members of the Brand Teams.
