Your mission

· 
Lead and oversee a team of 8 sales representatives, nurturing and enhancing their skill sets.

· 
Ensure the implementation of marketing and trade strategies within pharmacies to attain both sell-in and sell-out objectives.

· 
Execute the sales strategy as outlined by management, accounting for regional nuances.

· 
Provide personalized attention to key customers within the defined scope.

· 
Advocate for and facilitate the adoption of transformative measures (e.g., New Ways of Working, Digitalization, omni-channel customer service).

· 
Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets specified by management.

· 
Foster beneficial collaborations among various brand support networks to contribute to regional growth.

· 
Analyze sector-specific data to identify effective approaches for improved targeting and optimal regional performance.

· 
Manage reporting duties between the field and headquarters in Lisbon, encompassing market insights, competitor analysis, and distribution patterns.

· 
Contribute to budgetary planning, monitoring, and tracking of the region's key performance indicators, including erosion levels and profitability.

Who you are ?

Formação em gestão e/ou específica na área comercial.

Experiência de, pelo menos, 5 anos na função (no terreno – canal farmácia)

liderança, gestão e motivação de equipas

Conhecimento das técnicas de venda e de abordagem ao cliente

Conhecimento do mercado em que opera

Domínio do Office e CRM

Competências:

Capacidade analítica

Capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal

Adaptabilidade e Polivalência

Orientação para os resultados e para o cliente

Capacidade de tomada de decisão e de resolução de problemas

Capacidade para conduzir as suas equipas ao sucesso e fomentar o espírito coletivo

Disponibilidade para deslocações à sede em Lisboa e Madeira (5 visitas por ano, com a duração de 1 semana).

Português fluente.

Inglês business level.
