Your mission

MISSIONS
Data Analyst is part of the Sales / Marketing department.
He is directly responsible for creating and implementing a system for analysing the effectiveness of the company's commercial and medical activities.
Its main objective is to create a reliable database and analyzes for tracking the business activities of the Company with reference to decision-taking by the management of the company.
He acts as a liaison between local entity and HQ BI team.
OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB 

1.    Prepares daily, weekly and monthly business reports;
2.    He adapts sell in and Veeva reports in Tableau to local needs
3.    Prepares regular analyses of company activities;
4.    Prepares regular analyses and sales performance reports by representatives, brands, categories, customers, distribution channels, regions, etc.
5.    Prepares regular analyses and reports on profitability through customers, channels, products and more.
6.    Prepares regular analysis and reports for sales and medical performance based on sell-out data;
7.    Responsible for getting the relevant individuals / departments familiar with the analyses, reports and reports prepared, conducts relevant training on reporting tools for newcomers
8.    Interacts directly with sales, medical teams, logistics, marketing, and finance departments;
9.    Participates actively in the preparation and analysis of various KPIs related to the business;
10.    Controls information in the company's CRM; 
11.    When needed and following line manager’s instructions, performs additional tasks, with reference to own qualifications and health. 
12.    Complies with all internal company procedures, policies and orders of Pierre Fabre CZ/SK.
