Your mission

·  Develop and maintain the company's business intelligence, data analytics, and sales force effectiveness roadmap, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
·  Monthly rolling sales Forecasting, Gross to Net Sales.
·  Market Share reporting and consolidation.
·  Identify, gather, and integrate data from various internal and external sources to create a comprehensive and reliable data ecosystem.
·  Design and implement efficient data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.
·  Analyse data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales team, to understand their data and analytics needs, and deliver tailored solutions
·  Develop and implement sales force effectiveness strategies, including territory management, quota setting, and performance tracking.
·  Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
·  Train and support users on the effective utilization of business intelligence tools and resources.
·  Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics and sales force effectiveness and recommend improvements to the company's capabilities.
