Your mission
Contribute to the development and drive marketing strategy and/or the development of products/services and associated omni-channel content to stimulate the growth and profitability of products in your area- Constantly analyse trends, competitors, market developments, studies, consumer needs, patients, distributors, and KOL in relation to markets and put forward innovative ideas- Communicate key brand/franchise strategies to the countries/territories concerned by product/product line specialities and make sure they are adopted- Contribute to defining positioning, commercialisation, communication and development strategy for products in your product lines- Ensure implementation of the marketing strategy- Drive product portfolio performance and be responsible for its optimisation (sales objectives, costs/costing, marketing and media costs, pricing, profitability, obsolete products and budget management and tracking)- Participate in drawing up and monitoring the budget and key performance indicators for your area- Ensure strategic alignment in respect to regulatory compliance, R&D, and Market Access (for products concerned)
Who you are ?
De formation Bac +5 supérieure type Master marketing, Digital marketing en Ecole de commerce, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction marketing développement de produits et/ou marketing développement stratégique
Vous maîtrisez la mise en œuvre d'un plan stratégique de développement marketing
Vos qualités d'organisation, de rigueur vous permettent d'être à l'aise dans la gestion de projet et la mise en œuvre d'un plan stratégique de développement marketing
Vous êtes familier des techniques de marketing de précision et digital
Vous êtes à l'aise en communication et en présentation autant en français qu'en anglais
Bien entendu vous avez une forte appétence pour le marketing allié à la cosmétique, le consommateur et l'environnement
Enfin votre créativité, votre esprit d'équipe et le goût pour le travail collaboratif sont des qualités intrinsèques
