PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus on what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 400 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Your role → Senior Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you’ll work within the Time Management team to define, craft, and ship features to change the way people manage employees' time. You will empower users to track their working hours more efficiently and to companies to take their task force planning to the next level.
You will integrate a tribe with currently a Senior Product Designer, a Product Manager and six developers. 

Your missions ⭐

• Team worker. Be the users' voice of your squad, as you'll build and ship new features together. Come up with quick solutions, in cooperation with product managers and engineers, to feed the product iterations
• Full-stack designer. You'll work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights taken from every stakeholders (PMs, Sales, Support) into new products and features. And finally designing the workflows, detailed interactions, and pixel perfect mockups that engineers can easily implement
• Work with PM's and other Designers to establish new UX/Research process
• Design system advocate. Help define and standardize our design systems, and establish best practices for software and design workflows

This job is for you if... 🦄

• At least 3 years experience designing and shipping digital products and systems, not only websites
• Experience designing and shipping digital products and systems, not only websites
• Ability to drive a project from UX to UI
• User research & data focus 
• Organized and ambitious mindset to follow the development of the team
• Product thinker, strong user advocate
• Minimalism freak, and the taste for clean and simple products
• Experience building a design system
• Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Bonus

• Extended case studies on previous projects
• User research principle (user test, wireframes etc...)
• Good taste of Product Marketing strategy (landing, branding etc..)
• Any kind of coding skill, so that you can understand how engineers think their way around.
• Data crunching using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
