About the role
Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Payroll Implementation Team as a Implementation Consultant. Your mission will be to help with the implementation of new customers to the PayFit Platform.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide support to new customers during the transition process from their existing payroll systems to PayFit UK, ensuring a seamless and trouble-free experience.
- Consistently evaluate and enhance our onboarding procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to establish effective feedback mechanisms aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on PayFit's features, providing clients with in-depth knowledge and understanding.
- Additionally, you will offer assistance in the setup of HMRC and HR integrations to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- Possess a high level of proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong aptitude for performing calculations, reconciling discrepancies, and actively pursuing process automation.
- Possess a strong aptitude for thriving in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrating the capability to effectively manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Ensure that you remain informed about current legislation and best practices in order to improve the quality and relevance of your services.
- Ensure that a positive image of PayFit is maintained in all interactions.
- Ensure that you remain updated on the latest information regarding our company's products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
The role is for you if:
- You possess extensive expertise in end-to-end payroll management within the United Kingdom.
- You possess a strong affinity for numerical analysis and possess extensive experience in conducting intricate reconciliations.
- As an individual experienced in managing payrolls, you possess the ability to discern discrepancies and identify irregularities based on your familiarity with the process.
- You have demonstrated expertise in handling various payroll inquiries, encompassing tax calculations, statutory payments, pension queries, and other related matters.
- You possess a strong background in effectively managing multiple clients concurrently, and you are capable of showcasing your ability to navigate and address competing deadlines and priorities.
- You possess a proven track record of successfully assisting customers with system integrations and delivering comprehensive training sessions.
It would be great if you also:
- You have gained experience in a payroll implementation position, where you have successfully executed all essential end-to-end responsibilities related to customer onboarding onto a new platform. The responsibilities should have encompassed providing customers with comprehensive guidance throughout the onboarding process, ensuring their adherence to all milestones and deadlines leading up to their scheduled go-live date.
- You have experience managing these tasks within a multi-client environment, that would be highly advantageous.

Your future team:
Within your new Customer Success team, you will have 15 teammates across implementation, customer care, payroll, and customer success.
You will work with other 4 implementation consultants and your manager Iain, who has over 10 years working in Payroll and has great experience leading teams to success, who will ensure your smooth onboarding and further evolvement in your role!
Hiring process
1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call(30 min)
2 . Next step will be a meeting with Our Implementation Manager with whom you will touch more technical topics of your experience (45 -60 min)
3. You will complete a Case study
4 . In this step you will meet our Head of Customer Success for 30 min.
