Who is Early Talent Engagement?
We’re the team that communicates our amazing opportunities to graduates and students who are interested in careers at our company. We are also responsible for setting up and taking care of our trainee programs. It is important that we provide the best experience possible to our trainees and help them find their career path within our company. What can you expect?
As a valued working student in our team, you can expect an exciting environment with a huge variety of tasks that will empower your learning journey while working with us. From working creatively on Employer Branding projects – such as the reinvention of our Graduate Careers Landing Page – a large project of critical importance where we need a quick, imaginative person, to collating and interpreting data that will allow us to make impactful decisions. Furthermore, you can support us with different career fairs and other sourcing activities. The position will offer exciting exposure to life in one of our most dynamic HR departments. Starting January 2023, you can work up to 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
Who are you?
· Study program is secondary, more important that you have a strong interest in these topics
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly motivated, structured, reliable and high degree of self-drive
· Readiness to tackle new tasks and not afraid to ask questions
· Proficient in English and German
· Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
