Your role:

The IT Infrastructure Technologies unit architects, builds, operates and enhances the IT infrastructure of the company. The Cost Management team is responsible for the cost planning and monitoring of IT Infrastructure Technologies unit. This includes a broad variety of activities such as budget planning, rolling forecast and reporting activities. It also includes working on the IT-internal Cost Management Tool, which means among other things supporting the monthly enhancement cycles by testing new requirements or ensuring a high data quality. The team has also responsibility for process controls implemented (Creation of purchase requisitions and invoice releasing).

You as Working Student of the Cost Management team will support the maintenance and administration of the Cost Management tool. You will also play an important role in information collection and cost reporting (enhancements and new Reports).

 

Who you are:

·  Bachelor or Master’s Degree Student in IT / Finance / Controlling or related fields
·  Advanced skills in mastering MS Office tools (especially Excel)
·  Knowledge about Data structures and Reporting / Visualization (Power BI) would be a plus
·  Excellent command of written and spoken English. German language skills would be a plus
