Role Objective:

You will be responsible for customer quality and regulatory inquiry support. As a member of a global team, you will act as a second level support contact for the Commercial organization. You will interact with various internal contacts to coordinate the provision of quality documentation.

In addition, you will support the preparation of certain 3rd party certifications by systematically analyzing, collecting and, if needed, requesting relevant material data.

 

Requirements:

·  Advanced student of Life Science, Chemistry, or related field
·  Good communication skills in English
·  Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
·  Willingness to acquire or extend knowledge about quality and regulatory topics
·  Ability to work and participate in a virtual team
·  Scientific problem solving skills
