Treasury – Legal Entities is responsible for lead post-acquisition integration projects from Finance/legal entity perspective and developing and advising on integration strategies. The team also drives initiatives for optimization and development of legal entity structures, including establishing, merging and liquidating subsidiaries and prepares the related executive board approvals. Further the team manages the regular intercompany dividend processes and capital measures.
Your role:
Support the development of Finance Operation’s legal entity integration and set-up strategies and principles and related roll-outs from Finance perspective for the entire company. Contribute to (post-)acquisition legal entity integration projects as well as subsidiaries set-up projects such as foundation, liquidation, mergers and capital measures like capital increases/decreases or dividends from a corporate Finance perspective. Help to drive initiatives for the optimization of the legal entity structure including the establishment, merger and liquidation of legal entities. Contribute to optimising reporting capabilities on the status of running projects and implementations to senior management as well as overall transparencies on legal entity developments. Contribute to the planning and steering of Intercompany dividends and capital measures. Work in a close cooperation with country CFOs, and Treasury and Tax and other Finance departments.
Who you are:
· Current Master studies in Business/Finance
· Bachelor University degree (or equivalent) with a strong financial background
· First practical experiences from internships
· Good communication skills and analytical competencies, problem solving attitude and innovative thinking
· fluent in English
