Your role:

Throughout this program, you get to know the multiple aspects of Marketing and Strategy (e.g. Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Market Access & Pricing, Business Development, Global Strategic Accounts or Product/Brand Management) and Commercial (e.g. Project Management Office, Product Management, Global Franchise Marketing) to prepare you for a future career in Marketing, Commercial or Strategy in our Healthcare Biopharma Business. Your first assignment will be at our home base in Darmstadt, Germany, you will also experience an international assignment in one of our subsidiaries as well as an assignment in your home country, broadening your perspective and experience a different functional scope or business area.

Who you are:

·  Master’s degree in natural science, business administration; and ideally with focus on Marketing or related fields
·  Outstanding academic performance (top scores)
·  International experience
·  First practical experience via internships within a commercial or marketing function or related fields in the healthcare industry
·  High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
·  Fluent in English (German or other language skills a plus)
