Your role:
As T&A and Payroll Specialist for French market you’ll be responsible for performing daily Time & Attendance (T&A) and payroll admin processes like data entry transactions, resolving problems and recommending solutions. You’ll need to ensure information validity of employee population data and records; monitoring and keeping records and data entry procedures for accuracy; updating procedures as necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency, coordinating and managing Time & Attendance and payroll admin process including ensuring legal compliance. One of the key responsibilities would be cooperating with Payroll, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Centre of Expertise (CoE) upon request.
Who you are:
· At least 3 years of working experience: in Shared Services Center, in data and records management for French market (T&A, Payroll and/or HR admin)
· Fluent French and English language skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Exceptional customer service skills with ability to anticipate customer needs and provide them with relevant information in a timely and proactive manner
· Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational skills
