Your role:
We have an exciting opportunity for French-speaking students interested in gaining first experience in Time and Attendance area in a shared services environment. As Time and Attendance Admin for R2P (Reward to Pay) team, you will provide administrational tasks for the team connected with TnA: preparing required reports, adjusting TnA system as per internal rules, provide resolutions to our customers by responding on tickets.
We need you to work up to 20 hours per week, the working hours (between 7.00 – 18.00) and days (Mondays – Fridays) to be discussed and can be adjusted to your schedule at the university.

Fluent French (min.B2) and fluent English

Excel skills (min. basic)

Well organized and communicative

We offer a civil law contract for 3 months, which can be extended. We offer all necessary training to fulfill your tasks. Our office is located in the city center (Strzegomska 42AB), remote work also an option.
