Your Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Writing Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow. As team Supervisor, you will be responsible for allocating all technical writing activities to support on-time delivery and right first time at all times. You will lead the effort to drive consistency for all final reports and to effectively provide guidance, leadership, support and encouragement to all technical writers. You will be required to maintain an understanding of our services, technical principles and applications. In addition, the Supervisor will ensure that company goals and objectives as they apply to the Technical Writing function are met.
Who you are:
· Educated to degree level within a Science discipline
· Previous line management experience with the ability to lead projects and drive implantation
· Previous experience working in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP)
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment and can work to deadlines
· Ability to translate technical data into a high-quality report or certificate of analysis as required, in a timely manner
· Excellent level of organisation and communication skills
