Your role:
The Technical Services Director is accountable to manage the Technical Services department covering maintenance, engineering, validation (both equipment and computerized systems), automation and IVC investments projects in Bari site. All activities have to be performed in compliance with GMP and EHS requirements. The Technical Services director is responsible to: manage the departmental budget to ensure that all costs are correctly planned, regularly reviewed, and controlled; manage in accordance with Company's Policies all the activities related to maintenance, engineering, validation, CSV, automation and IVC investments projects; manage the budgets for IVC Investment (Capex); propose continually the improvement of performances for equipment and installations, both from the technical and safety point of view; guarantee the correct management of documentation and technical archives in accordance with the change control procedures; guarantee the issue of procedures/specifications for project management/validation&calibration/ according to the technical and GMP best practices; to manage maintenance of buildings and equipments in order to keep valuable the company's assets; manage the introduction into production site of the new technologies; implement the project management standards, tools and methods in Bari projects; lead the design and execution of project planning and reporting, including resource, cost, timelines evaluation and risk management; develop, in collaboration with the site functions, the site master plan; support the Site Head in developing the site strategy and achieving strategic targets by driving corresponding business operations projects in the site.
Who you are:
· Scientific degree (preferably Engineering)
· At least +8 years in Pharmaceutical Industry
· At least +3 years' experience in the role
· Demostrated Leadership skills
· English and Italian fluent
