PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage overall activities of NA-CEX Team of Shared Business Service. Develop metrics to measure the team and individual performance who will interact with all levels of process. This role is highly motivated, result-oriented, organized and flexible enough to handle different variety of tasks and adapt to various business needs and requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

·  Should have high level understanding of business knowledge of Order to cash cycle. Proficient in understanding the impact of non-adherence to O2C cycle.
·  Actively engage internal and external stakeholders.
·  Maintain & update process related documents in timely manner.
·  Should be able to handle all process related queries.
·  Should be responsible for generating accurate reports before deadlines.
·  Proper response on email queries received from the customers or internal team.
·  Any other additional tasks depending on the specific country or organization as requested by your senior authorities.
·  Conduct Performance review meetings, IDP’s as per the schedule.
·  Drive continuous process improvements.
·  Ensure service levels are achieved consistently.
·  Evaluate team performance, tack KPI’s, goal setting etc..
