This role can be done up to 60% remotely
Your role: You will ensure a smooth organization of trainings developing competencies and cross-functional skills for German market according to accepted standards, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures. You will support the setup: the annual training calendar, on-demand learning sessions, HR4YouLearning training system. You will manage and monitor session registrations. Communicating with attendees of sessions, you will manage the program follow-up as well as invoice processing and chargeback. You will answer routine attendee questions and escalated customer service inquiries or routing inquiries to the appropriate resources (HR Business, MSP Talent and Development, HR BPs). You will be also responsible for data verification, report creation, and audit requests. You will be striving for improvement/optimization of processes within the realm of responsibility and you will build partnerships with peers, HR BPs, MSP, external service providers, and customers.
Who you are:
· Graduate degree (or equivalent) in economics/psychology/social science
· Relevant professional experience (min. 2 years) in HR, Learning, Customer service or similar
· German – Fluent spoken and written, English - B1 level
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and organize time efficiently
· Proactive and collaborative attitude and focus on results
· Problem-solving and critical thinking skill
