Responsable Qualité Field Service Junior (H/F)

Le poste, en CDI, est basé à Guyancourt (78) au siège du département Lab Water Milli-Q® Solutions. Au sein du département « Western Europe Field Service », vous serez rattaché à la responsable qualité. Vous participerez à l’accompagnement de la stratégie de digitalisation du groupe. L'organisation « Western Europe Field Service » est en charge d’installer, de maintenir et de réparer les instruments de purification d’eau chez nos clients dans plus de 15 pays d’Europe de l’Ouest.

 

Vous réaliserez les actions documentaires nécessaires à la maintenance du système de management de la qualité conforme au référentiel ISO 9001. Vous participez aux investigations suite aux déviations, risques et opportunités du process. Vous rechercherez des solutions d’amélioration des performances et assurerez le suivi de la mise en place des solutions retenues via les outils de suivi (TrackWise). Vous serez le support des managers pour l’amélioration des performances de l’organisation. Vous animez le programme d’amélioration continue des différentes entités légales de l’organisation. Vous réalisez le suivi des actions du programme d’amélioration continue. Vous mettez à jour le reporting qualité de l’organisation Field Service. Vous participez à l’implémentation du système HSE.

 

Qui vous êtes :

 

·  Vous détenez un diplôme d'ingénieur ou universitaire (Master) avec spécialité Qualité et êtes intéressé par notre secteur d'activité,
·  Idéalement, votre formation ou votre expérience vous ont également sensibilisé aux activités HSE,
·  Vous êtes autonome, excellent communicant et curieux,
·  Vous êtes capable d’évoluer dans un environnement international et complexe,
·  Vous maîtrisez l’anglais écrit et oral en plus du français
