Your Role:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team supporting the Emprove® Program in Jaffrey, NH.   The Emprove® Program provides MilliporeSigma customers comprehensive documentation, and support to facilitate their qualification, risk assessment and process optimization The world-class Jaffrey Manufacturing Center of Excellence is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certified, practices Six Sigma principles and is an environmentally conscious facility focused on long term sustainability.

·  Collaborate with teams across the organization to improve current literature content and improve both the creation and approval processes.  
·  Create or revise technical product literature and customer facing documentation. Review and compare content to product specifications, technical publications, and validations to ensure data is complete and accurate.
·  Responsible for conducting routine reviews of documents to ensure data is accurate and meets current company and industry standards.
·  Support device manufacturing work centers by
·  Evaluating deviations or out of specification conditions, data trending, and leading quality investigations (root cause analysis and corrective action plans).
·  Supporting product validation and equipment qualifications including establishing acceptance criteria, sampling plans and performing data analysis Provide guidance and support for device manufacturing as a liaison between new product development and the plant.
·  Creating or revising Standard Operating Procedures, Test Methods, and other documents.
·  Performing statistical analysis and trending to assess and monitor product/process performance.
·   Travel Requirements: Travel to other MilliporeSigma locations is required (~ 20%). 
·  A Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Technical Degree 
·  3+ years Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA
·  5+ years Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
·  Experience in an FDA regulated (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device) environment a definite plus
·  Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels and functions of the organization and with customers, operate in a complex, matrixed, and fast paced environment, and gain consensus with groups
·  Ability to conduct quality investigations including root cause analysis and determining corrective / preventative actions, pragmatic risk-based decision maker with strong problem-solving ability
·  Demonstrated ability to create and update standard operating procedures ("SOP")
·  Collaborative and motivated team player. Always looking to share and advance best practices
·  Experience with relevant data analysis Software / Tools (Minitab) and Methods, working knowledge of Electronic Quality Systems (CAPA, Change Control, Documentation Management)
·  ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
·  Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 requirements
