Your role?
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join the team in Carrigtwohill in a permanent role reporting to the Membrane Senior Quality Engineer. As QE you will supervise a team of Quality Technicians while leading quality support in department initiatives, ensuring ongoing quality, compliance and customer requirements are met. You will take responsibility for Management and oversight of the QMS related to department activities including, but not limited to, Deviation Management, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Audits, related Metrics etc. Responsibility for ensuring that documentation is compliant with ISO 9000 & corporate requirements for the Membrane department operation lies within the role of the Quality Engineer.
Who you are:
· Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Quality or similar (BSc or higher)
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role (Med Device/Pharma/Biopharma)
· Experience of cGMP a distinct advantage.
· People Management skills
· Good investigative and problem-solving skills
· Results oriented
· Good attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Collaborative and Empowering, with a demonstrated track record of working successfully within a cross-functional team
