Your role:

You will join the Business Service organization and support our SharePoint Support Team which is developing, creating, and maintaining global SharePoint solutions. You will have a strong focus on closely collaborating with this team on their related SharePoint projects to ensure quality standards and our internal branding and governance are adhered to.

As our team member responsible for SharePoint pages quality assurance personnel, you are responsible for ensuring that all our products and services delivered meet the established standards. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of products made by the SharePoint development team adhering to reliability, performance, and customer expectation. Inspecting the output of the solutions is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings. These findings you will follow with the assigned SharePoint developers to ensure that the findings are resolved.

By doing this you become an essential part of our team to ensure quality and success of our team and service itself. We are working in a close and collaborative setup with an openminded and hands-on team which is now looking for your support.

 

 

Who you are:

·  Graduate degree in Information Technology or similar
·  Experience and involvement in testing software/applications
·  Create test scripts and report findings
·  Coordinate with developers to resolve bugs/issues
·  Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
·  Propose process improvements as the need arises
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Business-fluent English skills
·  Other valuable skills for this position include strong attention to detail and analytical skills
·  Knowledge on SharePoint and Microsoft Development Stack is an advantage
