This role can be done up to 100% remotely

Your role:

As MBS Project Portfolio System Expert, you will be responsible for the technical set-up, administration and maintenance of our Project Portfolio Management systems for our internal customers and the MBS organization. You will be their first point of contact regarding the mentioned topics, as well as for system updates, user trainings and user management. The tool currently in use is Workfront with the integration platform Fusion.

Demonstrating your technical expertise, you will collaborate with our internal partners to jointly drive the improvement of the system, develop and implement new functionalities and reports based on use cases. Your accountability will include the screening and prioritization of the incoming improvement/enhancement request pipeline, as well as the realization of prioritized requests per agreed timeline.

You will closely align and collaborate with the respective internal partners, as well as with the MBS internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and ensure the continuity of the system.

The review and testing of new system releases, as well as the related communication of new features will also be within your area of responsibility. You will conduct vital quality audits and monitor process adherence together with the Process Manager or contact persons from our internal customers and apply corrective measures if required.

You will report into the Head of Project and Portfolio Steering.

Who you are:

·  Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science or a related field, comparable qualification, or equivalent working experience
·  5+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment
·  3+ years project experience
·  Workfront and Fusion knowledge highly appreciated
·  Extensive knowledge on technologies and sound understanding of computer science including advanced analytics
·  Knowledge of other analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI etc. would be a huge plus
·  Ability to navigate in a global matrix environment handling multiple stakeholders across functions
·  Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; strong team-player with experiences in international work environment
·  Strong customer facing skills and experienced in training end users of all levels in use of tools or software
·  Strong communication & change management skills
·  Proficiency in English, German a plus
