The Role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Irvine site on a 3 years fixed term contract, you will be responsible for managing projects using a designed project model to develop necessary milestones and deliver success including adherence to required time, quality and budget restrictions. Other duties of the role include; 

 

· 
Setup and manage a multi departments team from Production, Quality, Validation, Planning, EHS. 

· 
Communicate project activities with necessary internal functional groups and the site leadership team to ensure awareness of requirements, project delays, issues and successes.  

· 
Specific activities include: planning project activities, controlling financial budgets and facilitation of regular suppliers meetings, internal progress meetings and providing meeting notes with defined actions.  

· 
Manage and handle the process to collect, evaluate and select the projects and follow metrics to measure the projects execution. 

· 
Support the projects roadmap for the site and handle the process to collect, evaluate and select the projects on a yearly basis. 

· 
Support projects and process engineering with daily functions. 

 

Who You Are:

 

·  Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with 3-5 years related experience within engineering and project management.
·  Minimum of 3 years GMP manufacturing experience in industry.
·  Effective problem solving and organisational skills.
·  Excellent computer skills.
·  Ability to participate as part of a team.
·  Self-starter, able to self-manage and multi-task.
·  Experience of processing plant design/ commissioning/ validation in a GMP environment desirable.
