１．職種；顔料製造スーパーバイザー

２．業務内容；顔料製造における工程管理および製造コスト低減などの改善活動実施。月―金の日勤。

３．職務詳細；顔料製造はいくつかの製造工程に分かれ、それぞれが製品の品質に密接に関係している。製品の品質を一定に保つために、工程条件による品質の違いを理解し、最適条件を指示する役目が重要。スーパーバイザーは、製造工程全般を理解しながら、条件を指示し、要求される品質に見合った製品を製造することをその役割としている。化学工場であり、化学に関する基礎的な知識があると良い。また、顧客および営業部門が海外にも展開しており、時には英語でのメール、会話などのコミュニケーションも必要とされる。

また、品質だけでなく、コストに関する意識も高くあることが必要で、製造コスト削減のための各種改善活動についても、そのリーダーとしての役割を持つ。

４．必要な資質；

学歴；大学または高専卒で、化学系の学部、専攻の経歴。

PCスキル；Excel、Word程度。

英語；TOEIC　500点以上。

コミュニケーション力；チームとしての活動ができること。
