職務概要；顔料製造工程の実運転、製造条件の維持・管理。工程改善、安全改善活動の推進。

　班長および作業長の指示のもと上記の生産活動を行う。

必要な資質；

　学歴；高卒程度

　資格；通勤に必要な自動車運転免許

　安全・品質維持のために設けられた社内ルールを守れる方、チームワークに必要なコミュニケーションが取れる方。

　３交代勤務に対応できる方。

基本給に加えて、交代勤務手当あり。
