Analytics & Reporting - Process Solutions
This role will support all Sales Financial Planning and Analysis related topics for both the Global Strategic Accounts and the Americas Regional Accounts. Primary Finance responsibilities will include Sales Analysis Support to include sales reporting and commentary to Controlling and Commercial Business , creation of custom monthly reporting dashboards including the use of Tableau,, driving analytics and fact-based insight tools for both Americas and GSA and support of Margin analysis where needed; Sales Forecasting Support to include supporting the creation of Quarterly and Full Year Forecasts and Risk and Opportunity profiles related to Forecasts and specific accounts , as well as support of ad-hoc forecasting using data-based approaches; Sales Team Support to include direct support of Global Strategic Account team in the form of monthly dashboards and reports and providing guidance and business partnering on key MilliporeSigma financial topics in a digestible format; Partnering with key Accounting partners; and Ad-Hoc Analysis & Reporting to include supporting the creation of business cases as needed for specific Americas or Strategic Accounts as well as the creation of as needed ad-hoc management presentations to support our business partners.
Who you are:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and 2+ years of relevant working experience
· A strong team player with background in financial analysis (Excel), good communication skills, and comfortable engaging stakeholders who may be outside of Finance.
· Place a high degree of focus on accuracy and timeliness and feel comfortable working with large volumes of data and create concise analysis while culling out relevant insights.
· Demonstrate flexibility and maintain an open mindset with regards to technical challenges and working in a global business environment.
