Praktikum / Masterarbeit in Fermentations- und Prozess-Optimierung, Bereich Biologie, Biotechnologie

 

Ihre Rolle:

In Ihrem/r Praktikum / Master Arbeit sind Sie Teil eines biotechnologischen Entwicklungsteams und bekommen Einblick in Prozessoptimierung eines bestehenden Produktes. Die Arbeit beinhaltet zunächst die klassischen biotechnologische Arbeiten, der Aufreinigung zur Produktgewinnung und die Überwachung dieses Prozesses durch aussagekräftige biochemische Assays. Sie führen Versuche durch, werten diese aus und diskutieren die Ergebnisse mit Ihrem Team. Sie erhalten einen fundierten Einblick in die Laborarbeit, werden sich aber auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld aktiv in die kreative Problemlösung miteinbringen können.

 

 

Wer Sie sind / was wir uns wünschen:

·  Student/-in im fortgeschrittenen Studium eines naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengangs (z.B. Biologie, Biotechnologie oder ähnliches)
·  Erfahrung mit biochemischen Assays
·  Erfahrungen im Down-Stream / Up-Stream wünschenswert
·  Sehr hohe Eigeninitiative und Interesse an Laborarbeit
·  Studienbescheinigung zwingend notwendig

 

Dauer: 3-6 Monate, ab jetzt möglich
