Post Doc OLED Scientist Chemistry (all genders) - limited for 2 years

Your role:

We are seeking a Post Doctorate Chemist (all genders) for our Display Research Chemistry group within our Performance Materials business. Display Chemistry develops and synthesizes the molecules for our Liquid Crystal and OLED business. As Post Doc in Display Research Chemistry, you are essential in the research of OLED materials as well as corresponding synthesis and purification. Your experiences guide you in working with a team of highly trained and skilled lab technicians. Delivering the organic synthesis knowledge to the research as well as participating in other activities of this project is a central part of your daily routine. You will be embedded in a strong and teamwork focused team.

 

 

Who you are

·  PhD in organic chemistry and state of the art knowledge in synthesis of organic molecules
·  Experience in working with a laboratory team and in international teams
·  Prior knowledge in either OLED or organic electronics preferred
·  High customer orientation
·  Ability to simplify complexity for efficient communication
·  Knowledge in project management tools welcome
·  Very good German and English skills
