This is OLDP position - Operations Leadership Development Program Associate. The OLDP would go through 36 months of hands-on on the job training across 4 job rotations of 9 months each to develop deeper and wider understanding of ISCO in India.

 

Your role:

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) provides a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated individuals to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of Operations. During the program, members will experience rotational assignments, while receiving exposure to the company's core businesses, processes, technologies and leaders.

·  Design and implement automated systems for use in Chemical manufacturing and production environments
·  Lead collaborative discussions between leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities and goals.
·  Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final implementation.
·  Support existing automation technology with process upgrades.

 

Who you are:

Education and Experience:

BE+MBA/PGDM with 3+ years of experience/BE with 5+ years of experience

Skills and Competencies:

·  Proven experiences in leading automation with record of successful implementation
·  Broad strategic thinker with clear vision and direction of world class change management
·  Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices both oral and written
·  Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross functionally with other leaders.
·  Problem-solving and communication skills.
·  Good knowledge of closed loop control system, PLC ladder logic, Pneumatic system, Valve operation, VFD, PID controller.
·  Good hands on experiences in troubleshooting in PLC programming (Siemens Make PLC S7 series) & SCADA
