Medical Representative (Penang)

 

Responsibilities

·  Achieve and exceed sales target and objectives set by the company with consistent results, through effective and efficient planning and execution of selling activities in the assigned territory.
·  Promote and present clinical data of products via one-to-one and/or group product presentations in a professional manner to the healthcare professionals and other decision makers.
·  Build and maintain good rapport with KOLs, Specialists, Consultants, Medical Doctors, Pharmacists and identified key personnel.
·  Organize promotional activities and/or video presentations in respective area and participate in scientific/marketing activities wherever applicable.
·  Keep management informed on all market intelligent and developments within the assigned territory and the impact to the business.
·  Participate in business development plans with sales manager, marketing as well as own team members to create effective business plans for business expansion.
·  Ensure full compliance with the Company policies and the local industry’s codes of conduct.

Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in related field, preferably Science.
·  At least 1 year working experience in related field is an added advantage.
·  Good communication skills with strong command of English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.
·  Mature, fast learner, self-motivated and able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
·  Possess valid driving license and a car, and willing to travel.
·  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
