Your Role:

 

·  Sales forecast에 따른 월별 원자재 수급계획 수립
·  ERP(SAP) MRP setting 검토 및 업데이트
·  원자재 수급 계획에 따른 PR/PO 생성, 업체 전달 및 커뮤니케이션
·  원자재 안전재고 및 shelf life 관리
·  수입허가량에 따른 수입량 tracking (연간유해화학물질 실적보고)
·  신규물질 구매시 관련 화학물질 법규 확인 (LOC 등록)
·  신규업체에 대한 vendor creation
·  신규 sourcing 업체 발굴 지원
·  SAP material code extension
·  3자 창고 저장수요 파악 및 허가량에 따른 입고일정 조율
·  원활한 업체 대급지급을 위한 Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt 모니터링
·  주기적 재고실사 계획수립 및 재고조정을 통한 ERP(SAP) 시스템 재고 정확도 유지
·  Vendor 월마감
·  부적합 물품에 대한 complaint SAP 시스템 등록, 반품, credit memo 관리
·  Vendor 제품 성적서 수령 및 IQC 진행요청
·  신규 프로젝트를 위한 샘플 구매지원
·  고객사 및 내부 관계사 샘플 수출 코디네이션
·  기타 공급망 관리를 유지하기 위한 일상적인 업무등

 

Who you are:

 

·  전문학사 이상의 학위 소지자
·  신입 가능, 동종 업무 유경험자 선호
·  엑셀, 워드, 파워포인트, ERP(SAP) 작업가능 및 컴퓨터 활용 우수자
·  중.상위 수준의 비즈니스 영어 가능자
·  밝고 긍정적인 태도로 배움에 열정이 있는 자
