Your Role:
At MilliporeSigma the New hire Trainer works within the Danvers Mobius Operations organization to support the training needs of all new employees. He/she will deliver training to new production operators in all aspects of Mobius product processing. This includes but is not limited to training to new or revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and other documents.
· Deliver training presentations and conduct process evaluations to check the effectiveness of training.
· Maintain records of all training documents and updates, including paper records.
· Monitor training needs to ensure operators on shift are compliant to training requirements.
· Provide input where necessary in an ongoing effort of continuous improvement of training procedures and materials.
This opening is on the D Shift. Friday – Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED.
· 1+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Demonstrated social capacity and positive attitude/personality.
· Training in a Clean Room environment a plus.
· Comfortable and Confident in a GMP and GDP environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
· Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
· Work with minimal supervision.
