Internship characterization of macromolecules by liquid chromatography (all genders)

Your role:

Liquid Chromatography is one of the fundamental techniques needed to analyze complex sample material. The lab your new position is located in uses (U)HPLC, (HP)TLC, SFC, IC, SEC/GPC and other techniques hyphenated to various detection options (UV/DAD, RI, MS (SingleQuad, QToF & Ion Trap), ELSD, MALS ...) to analyze samples from all of our business sectors.
We´re seeking to hire an intern (m/w/d) to characterize macromolecules on our SEC-MALS and SEC with ELSD systems and to develop new applications on our standard systems. The position includes support of other ongoing analytical projects with focus on synthetic polymers and biomolecules.

Who you are:
- Interest in analytical chemistry.

- Good English and/or German skills.

- Background in chemistry, biology or related sciences.

- Experience with liquid chromatography is a plus.

 

The position is limited for one year and the candidate should be willing to start 1st of January 2021 or 1st of February 2021.
