Your Role:

 

In the role of a Functional Analyst (Web) you will analyze business problems and opportunities, evaluate, clarify and define business processes and systems to meet user requirements. You will gather and document business and functional requirements, investigate, resolve and recommend solutions for change requests and coordinate with IT to identify functional and technical options. You will work closely with the front-end design, development and testing teams to ensure efficient and effective use of resources assigned to defect corrections and improvements. You will also communicate web site changes and ensure internal and external training/help resources are prepared to support system users. Meeting directly with partners, typically operational users, to collect and detail their needs and funnel them into the defect and enhancement request process will be key. You will evaluate requests submitted through ticketing systems to determine relative value and impact using both quantitative and qualitative data to identify bugs and recommend changes to the platform(s). You will handle key business processes supported by the web applications and document requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.

 

Who You Are:

 

· 
Ideally educated to a degree level in computer science, business administration or life sciences.

· 
Have demonstrable experience in project execution and supporting ERP programs or web integration.

· 
Experience with eCommerce enabled web platforms would be crucial.

· 
Solid grasp of order to cash processes, especially in SAP or Oracle is a plus.

· 
Hands-on support experience with ticketing software tools like JIRA, Service Now (SNOW) would be an advantage.

· 
Having a customer facing experience is a nice to have.

· 
Must be well organized and have good written and interpersonal communication skills.

· 
Able to work well in an organization and coordinate across various groups and functional teams with a strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
