Responsibilities:

The Field Service Engineers – Process Solutions will be responsible for the following job duties:

·  Install, repair, and provide preventive maintenance and qualifications of Process Solutions systems;
·  Communicate with customers with varying levels of expertise in delivering field service and technical support;
·  Perform Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests alongside the customer;
·  Implement and improve Customer Relationship Management software within North America;
·  Facilitate training and services outside North America with Latin America Field Service Team; and
·  Work with the Sales Team to improve customer relations and provide timely support.

Frequent travel required to client sites in California and Washington. Up to 10% International travel required.

This position is eligible for the EMD Millipore Corporation Referral Program.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a closely related field, along with five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience in field service and instrument troubleshooting.

In addition, the successful candidate must have:

·  Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce CRM software gained through three (3) years of work experience tracking customers, sales, and instrument maintenance;
·  Demonstrated ability with quality system regulations such as CFR21 and good documentation practices;
·  Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; and
·  Demonstrated ability in providing field service working to customers within the Latin American (LATAM) region.

All years of work experience may be gained concurrently.
