Your role: We offer an exciting opportunity to join the newly established Life Science Services Business (LSS) as a digital business analyst for the SAC business unit. In this role you will enable our growth ambition by ensuring we monitor, steer and predict our business leveraging our large set of data and expanded use of digital tools. You are responsible for all aspects of commercial KPI reporting including pipeline, active project portfolio and revenue forecasts, and full ownership for our Contract Manufacturing Scorecard. You orchestrate data collection, validation and timely publishing of the different metrics.

Strategically, you will work on conceptual advancements of our KPIs and tools to improve insights and steering of our business by collaborating closely with key stakeholders in SAC and in LSS. You capture needs, foster exchange, and establish LSS-wide best practices and work with ACE (Analytics Center of Excellence) to create and advance common analytics platforms & tools based on Palantir and Tableau.

 

Who you are:

·  Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Chemistry, or Finance
·  3+ years of experience with Digital & Tools, Reporting, or Business Analytics
·  Ability to develop & use predictive modeling
·  Proficient in advanced analysis of large data sets in Excel and visualization suitable for senior management
·  Experience with data analytic and respective tools (Palantir/Tableau) and development of new reports in these tools in close collaboration with stakeholders and users
·  Continuous improvement mindset
