* Process customer/ intercompany  billing (Includes debit and credit memos)
  -Create commercial invoices
  -Create local tax invoices
  -Create debit and credit memos 
  -Provide tax invoice to customers
  -Monitor goods acceptance status on customers’ websites
  -Maintain customer contact person in system
* Coordinate year-end billing cut-off and billing process 
* Ensure the timeliness, VAT regulation compliance, and completeness of invoice issuance for both commercial invoices and local tax invoices. 
* Support collect zero tax invoices
* Support AR overdue follow-up
* Perform ad hoc assignments

 

Requirement
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
•    At least 1 year of customer billing related experience
•    Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 
•    Detailed oriented
•    Ability to work independently under pressure 
•    Ability to prioritize and provide accurate data in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and changing environment
•    Familiar with SAP, Excel, Word and Power Point
•    Excellent customer service and communication skills
•    Good teamwork ability
