About the role:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as Compliance Investigations & Case Manager. You are a member of the global investigations team and will report to the Head of Compliance Investigations. You will support local Compliance Officers during compliance investigations by providing your guidance and expertise in potential or suspected cases of noncompliance, e.g. bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest. You will also conduct internal compliance investigations independently. In this role you will collaborate and communicate with other departments, such as HR, business functions, and others. Moreover, you will support with data analytics required in investigations and continuously help to develop, maintain and train our internal investigation and case management processes and standards.
Who you are:
· University degree in Business Administration or other similar field
· Solid experience in compliance investigations or internal audits is a must (3-5 years), including experience in data analytics
· Good understanding of business processes
· Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
· Excellent ability to communicate effectively in difficult and sensitive situations
· Excellent English language skills
· Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
· High team orientation
