This role may be done up to 100% remotely.

Your role:
We are looking for a IT business partner who can consult the Healthcare business as a combination of project manager and business analyst for various projects. We are taking care of several Digital Marketing Channels like Web, Email, Webinar, and Social Listening. So a good understanding of these concepts will be advantageous for consulting the business about possible solutions.
You will be a member of the global business facing IT organization, collaborate closely with international business teams, run the inhouse development teams and external vendors. As a single point of accountability for delivery on your projects within time, budget and scope, you support developing the strategic direction for evolution of the systems, collect requirements and do the functional solution design. Your experience in agile product development will help to come to tangible solutions in alignment with business needs and the technical experts. Furthermore, handle the internal and external partners, track and check quality of development team efforts and report the status to your business facing team colleagues. Project language is English as we operate in multi-national teams.

Who you are:

·  Master’s degree in IT, Digital Marketing or related
·  6+ Years of experience as a business partner designing marketing applications in a multi-country environment
·  3+ year experience in leading agile IT implementation projects
·  Experience with Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing
·  Specific knowhow of other healthcare business is a plus
·  SCRUM certification is an advantage
·  Excellent English communication skills
·  experience working in virtual teams
