Your role:

·  Identify areas where changes are needed in business processes / application systems.
·  Monitor changes and its effects on operations.
·  Act as an intermediary between business units, technology teams and support teams.
·  Participate in UAT and other testing.

 

Who you are:

·  Have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or IT/Business related.
·  Preferably with at least 4-7 years of application/process management experience.
·  Possess working knowledge of business analysis and business process management.
·  Familiar with process policy, design and improvement.
·  Familiar with Software and Application Life Cycle.
·  Knowledge on SharePoint and other Microsoft products is a plus.
