Your role:

In your role as a Working student, you will work for the Training & Capability Planning team, driving via diverse global initiatives the development and expansion of capabilities of all BioProcessing employees globally (>930 employees worldwide). You will support all team members in different areas: multi-channel communication for our BioP stakeholders, learning management system support and reporting activities. This includes a variety of communication channels like Newsletters or MS Teams but also the team’s online presence in EVA. Your support will extend to the assistance with and independent creation of presentations via PowerPoint, too. You will assist in the creation of learning activities supporting the whole employee journey on our learning management systems (HR4You Learning and M-Academy). You will help with building the BioP Academy, a place for all employees in BioProcessing where they can find learning content tailored to their specific needs.

Who you are:

• Communication Studies/Business Administration or similar (preferably master)

• Highly motivated, self-starter, willing to assume responsibility

• Reliable, collaborative, curious, creative

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Confident in interacting cross-functionally in a global working environment

• Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)

• SharePoint understanding

• Experience in Learning Management Systems, intranet content management system
