ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·  Extraction of certificates from SAP/Websites like SDS, COA, COO etc
·  Good web browsing skills and system knowledge
·  Real-time data exchange of Chemical Certificates to the customers.
·  Ability to communicate at different Level with good command over English Language.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

·  B.Sc./M.Sc. (Life Science/Chemistry/Biochemistry). 

 

Experience:

·  Proficiency in Chemistry.
·  High Customer service orientation.
·  Good problem solving as well as Organizational skills.
·  Ability to both works effectively in team and independently

 

Technical Skills / Competencies:                                                                                                             

·  Working knowledge of SFDC, SAP, MS excel and browsing.
·  Outlook mail handling experience
·  Good data Analysis skills
