ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

LIMS & SAP Quality Control Reporting

·  Building of templates and reports for use in SAP Next & LIMS LabVantage

LIMS & SAP Quality Control Master Data Management

·  Management of master data including corrections, changes and NPDI (new product introduction)
·  Support and drive master data template revisions and improvements based on system evolution

LIMS & SAP Quality Control Support for SAP & LIMS New Releases

·  Support approval and optimization of SAP Next  & LIMS Master Data including responsibility for master data construction, system intergration, and execution in accordance with company and regulatory requirements within the remit of the Local and Global LIMS/SAP Project Teams
·  Support and provide SME input to Local and Global LIMS/SAP Project Teams concerning Master Data construction, development and implementation for new releases / change requests.
·  Supports the Digitisation Strategy

Education / Work Experience

Education:

·  Essential: BSc, or equivalent, in a Science   or related discipline
· 
 

Experience /key achievements:

Technical qualification supported with significant experience in the regulated cGMP pharmaceutical industry.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Minimum of 5 years system master data construction and data management [DM2]  experience including experience in LIMs or SAP or other relevant software
·  Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical writing ability
·  Project management experience and demonstrated capability in achieving targets
·  Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
