JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

We are looking for young talent, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Milan

Headquarter, one of the most attractive fashion capitals in the world.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

 

Here some of the responsibilities you will have as an HR Talent Acquisition Intern:

 

·  CV scouting, screening and contact candidates by phone and you will be the point of contact for all the candidates in pipeline.
·  Support both in the HR interviews and in the assessment centres.
·  Support in the creation of administrative documents and in all the HR related reports.
·  Posting adverts on our database and job boards, source applicants through online channels
·  Plan and execute preliminary interviews
·  Follow up with candidates and with hiring leaders

 

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

 

INTERNAL: HR, Business Functions (Marketing, IT, CRM, etc.)

EXTERNAL: External Agencies
