JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
Execute and optimize Affiliate Marketing activities for EssilorLuxottica Brands and contribute proactively in the growth of the performance marketing channel
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the management of affiliate networks, publisher relationships and direct cooperations, with a focus on growing performances and awareness
· Reporting & Analysis: Weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of performance (from Adobe/Google and affiliate dashboards)
· Cooperation: Collaboration with business team for the execution of commercial plans and coordination with content team for the production of dedicated creative assets. Cooperate with the rest of the e-commerce team and other corporate functions to ensure full alignment with company objectives
· Innovation: thinking out of the box, looking for new partners and scouting new business opportunities in order to drive incremental sales.
NETWORK OF INTERACTION
INTERNAL : ECommerce business team, Content Team, Analytics team, Product team
EXTERNAL : Affiliate networks (CJ, Partnerize, AWIN, etc), publishers, Media Agencies, external partners.
TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
· ANALYTICS TOOLS: capacity to read performance from Analytics tools (Omniture is a plus)
· EXCEL: proficiency in running reports and analysis
· ANALYTICAL APPROACH: proactivity in analyzing results and testing new solution for maximize performance
