Job description
MISSION
The VIC Manager supports the Store Director and Assistant Store Director to meet and exceed all sales and KPI goals.
The VIC Manager is responsible for promoting brand engagement to customers, in order to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service
· Give tailor-made advice, listening customers' expectations and answering requests. Excise the customers in interesting and surprising suggestions of wardrobe
· Deal with and report all delicate situations regarding customer complaints to the Department Manager and/or consistently Assistant Store Director
· Create your client book and update customer database consistently
· Build relationships with customers to encourage them desire the products and the brand in the long-term, feel at-ease and confident with the brand, from the welcoming step
· Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business in order to promote customer loyalty (especially with VIC/VIP)
· Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
· Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism in all behaviors including communication and teamwork
· Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented, collaborative, available and versatile approach
· Contribute to back of house operations like stock control and inventories
· Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues
· Provide high quality relevant feedback and requested report to the Management
· Support the Management in all the store processes compliance and follow-up
· Process our customer transactions at the cash desk
· Receive and process our deliveries
· Prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to customers
· Adhere to all Company Policies & and follow all Company Operational Procedures SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
· Knows and embraces the Saint Laurent approach, particularily the brand's DNA
· Has a thorough knowledge of our Customer Centric culture, keeping abreast of of fashion, design and art
· Minimum 2 years related expérience
· Strong attention to détail, organized and excellent time management skills
· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
· Have a proven capacity to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Exhibits confidence about the brand, and has the ability to motivate others and accept constructive feedback as needed
