We are currently seeking a Junior Brand Specialist Intern who will report to the Brand Manager as part of our dynamic Marketing team in LINDBERG.
How you will contribute
· Monitor and analyze the global eyewear market to define trends and growth opportunities for the managed brand
· Fully understand the brand DNA, in essence, history, style, values, and personality, and target consumers to become the "gatekeeper”
· Support the team in establishing the product strategy based on corporate strategies in cooperation with your manager (product, assortment, pricing)
· Support the team in preparing detailed product briefs for the Design Team, summarizing market needs, and indicating n° of models, key features, and pricing targets
· Support the team in monitoring analysis on product sales
· Support the team in managing consistency between style, positioning, sales conditions, and range highlights for all markets in all distribution networks
· Support the team in ensuring a constant influx of new ideas in terms of materials, technologies, new product features, co-marketing opportunities, or strategic alliances for the product development team through supplier or consumer analysis
· Support the team in ensuring the local strategies align with the global brand strategies
· Support the development of training tools/presentations with the relevant team
· Prepare presentations, catalogs, leaflets, and training materials to support the sales team
· Support the team in keeping all internal and external departments aligned and informed on all PR and press office activities, advertising shoots, videos, packaging, POS materials, newsletters, etc.
· Support the definition of the collection samples and the showroom samples. Coordinate cross functions to ensure the correct deliveries to the Sales team
· Ensure the correct integration and representation of the new collections on B2B and B2C platforms
· Support the correct availability of novelties in B2C platforms for the Sales team and the correct recordings during Sales events
Who you are
In addition to being skilled in Brand Management, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
· Relevant master's or bachelor’s degree
· Collaborative team player but also confident in working independently and driving new initiatives
· Ability to work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities
· Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing, including presenting
· Structured approach to multi-tasks and project management skills
· Fluent in English. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous but not required
