ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

ROLE

We are currently seeking an APAC Financial Control & Business Analysis Intern as part of our team in Hong Kong

MISSION

·  Support APAC Finance team during monthly closing and budget/forecast processes.
·  Consolidation of the APAC weekly sales performance
·  Analyze the retail stores performance (KPI / ranking / competitors…)
·  Monitor targets and commissions performances
·  Follow up on the capex projects from the store planning team
·  Prepare minutes of meetings and do the follow up of it
·  Financial Ad hoc analysis related to the monthly closing

PROFILE

·  Business school/ University degree minimum Bachelor (Economics/ Finance) ideally Master
·  Fluent in English,
·  Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese or French as a second language would be an advantage.
·  Organized, detail and result oriented, deadline driven
·  Strong analytical and organizational skills
·  Ability to work in team
·  Excellent computer skills (Excel proficiency)
·  Knowledge and interest for the luxury industry
